Kelly Bohrer is a seasoned Business Consultant with a remarkable track record in executive leadership roles, including serving as Chief Credit Officer and Chief Operations Officer. With over 30 years of hands-on experience in loan origination and servicing, Kelly has consistently demonstrated expertise in change management, focusing on process improvement and organizational reengineering.
Kelly’s professional journey is marked by a dedication to enhancing efficiency and performance, her strategic and visionary approach has led to tangible successes in optimizing business processes. Kelly has a keen talent for bringing teams together to complete complex projects, ultimately driving profitability, growth, and an enhanced employee and customer experience.
Beyond her thriving career, Kelly is a passionate traveler with a heartfelt mission to explore all 50 states, ticking off destinations from her bucket list. Kelly has been married for 31 years to her best friend, together they have raised two amazing children and are now getting to experience the joy of being grandparents with one incredible granddaughter and counting down the days to the arrival of their grandson in 2024.

With 20+ years in lending, credit, operations, and leadership experience, Geoff brings his expertise to meet challenges and to feed his ultimate passions: leading and building highly-effective teams. With an eye for strategy, he has helped organizations develop their cultural framework and communicate their “why?”. Geoff loves a good puzzle and uses an approach that breaks down complexity into simpler and more streamlined solutions. He has a Master's of Science in Strategic Leadership from Elizabethtown College and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College. A self-proclaimed business nerd, he reads a disgusting amount of leadership books, but swears by the classic How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie as the ultimate guide to leading people.
